Been teaching for 2 full years, ranging from K1 to Sec 4 students. I work closely with the students' parents if the student is not independent to think yet (like if she is lazy and don't want to study). I will use all sorts of ways to ensure the best of my students. If necessary, I will recommend some assessment books (for primary and secondary school) and use my own notes (for secondary 3 and 4). During lessons, I will also talk some sense to the students to motivate them. One of my students improved from a fail to an A in his PSLE Chinese. Another maintained her B1 in P3 English and Science, and improved from a B3 to B2 in Maths.
