I have a bubbly character, so it has been very easy for me to communicate with my students and their parents. Usually to build rapport with the students, I will try to understand them bit by bit each and every single and find the suitable method to teach them. To build rapport with parents, I will be in constant communication with them and from them, understanding the needs of the students.

I have students every year, so from them, I will keep myself updated with the curriculum, making sure that what it each is applicable.
