I am currently tutoring a P5 student in mathematics. Over the past few years, I have been helping out with my relatives' studies whenever they have questions in maths/science. Back in junior college, whenever my peers had doubts regarding maths/science questions, i would offer to explain the concepts and it benefited them tremendously.
I believe that every student is able to excel in his/her studies with consistent effort. I will ensure that my prospective student spends more time on his/her weak topics by making him/her practise simple questions first such that he/she would gain greater confidence at the subject. Since practice makes permanence, I will also remind him/her to work smart instead of just working hard.
I am able to teach on weekends(anytime). I will be enrolling in NTU Business in August 2015 but I am keen to commit to any tuition assignment on weekends even then.

Keeping Up with Curriculum
I have friends teaching in primary schools and giving private tuition. I would keep myself updated with the curriculum through them as they are well-versed with the current syllabus. Usually, they would also provide me with schools papers which I would try out first before using them as teaching materials for my students.
