I've had two students in the past, both in upper primary school. One was lazy and naughty, the other was diligent, but found academics to be more challenging than the first student, but responded well to patience and constant encouragement. As such, I've tailored different teaching styles, to be able to suit various student's needs. I'm proud to say that both students improved greatly under my tutelage, and I'm still teaching one of them today. (he went from a low B for prelims to an A for PSLE)
Furthermore, as a person, I strive for perfection and constant improvement. As such, I am fully committed to helping my students improve, and I will do whatever is necessary to help them. I am prepared to commit extra, unpaid time to help the student improve.

Commitment / Other Details
I am able to start tutoring as soon as the student would want me to. Commitment is not an issue for me. I can stay with the student for as long as I am needed.
Rapport Building
I am patient and understanding, and hopefully, the student will grow to trust me and enjoy my teaching after several sessions, and of course, show concrete improvement as well.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
I am up to date with the JC curriculum, having just graduated a year ago. Primary school is no problem for me as well, as I have been helping my brother with his subjects. (He just graduated from primary school last year) Now, I am helping him with his arts subjects in secondary school, allowing me to be kept abreast of the latest happenings of the curriculum in secondary school as well.
As a Good Tutor
Passion, patience, responsibility and knowing his content well.
