Tuition/Teaching Experience: I have one year of tutoring experience with primary school kids and I have been an active volunteer with kidsREAD since 2010. I love to work with kids and I am confident that I can be a great tutor to the kids! My main purpose to become a tutor is also to help lessen my family's financial burden and to learn to be an independent individual. Lastly, I would like to opportunity to gain more experience on tutoring which may contribute much to my desire to retire as a teacher in the future.

Commitment / Other Details: I am able to start now and commit for as long as I am required. I would prefer my tuition to be conducted over the weekends, preferably morning to afternoon at my tutee's convenience.

Rapport Building: I will communicate with my students and parents on a regular basis before any tuition classes to make sure my students are able to cope with my tuition assignments besides their other commitments. Also, I will try to have make-up session(s) with my students in any case if my students are unable to make it for my tuition classes and vice versa. Furthermore, I believe that a strong rapport with my students and their parents require a period of time to be built up and I am sure that with time, I have the capabilities to build a strong rapport with my students and their parents.

As a Good Tutor: I feel that the basic qualities of good tutors are namely, patience, the ability to teach, morality, persistence, consistency and lastly, the passion to teach.
