As a Good Tutor
Be patient, understanding, motivating and flexible. Each student's capability is different and there is no fixed approach to teaching. There will be objectives to be set for different student and we work towards them. Managing people (especially students) require alot of patience and be tactful. Reward when necessary to motivate students and punish in appropriate manner when needed.
