Tuition/Teaching Experience: I am a student currently in Yale-NUS College. I have one year's worth of teaching experience, mostly in A Level English Literature and General Paper. Also taught A Level Economics. I started teaching my first batch of JC students this year, and they all did well in their Preliminary Examinations/Promotional Exams for English Literature and General Paper.

I provide my own notes, exercises, readings and literary resources. I also have a library of past-year papers which will be used for students to practice and offer personalized feedback.

Tutoring Subjects

Commitment / Other Details: I'm in university now (Yale-NUS College) so my availability will be subject to my schedule. I can start and any time and commit for as long as the student needs me.

Rapport Building: I talk to my students' parents to update them on the progress of their child, and how they seem to be coping with the demands of school in general. For students, I build rapport by sharing about my own experiences in school, and by talking to them about common areas of interest.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I keep up with the SEAB syllabus online, and maintain contact with my juniors form my alma mater.
