Commitment / Other Details
I have taught students on a very long term basis: students from Pri 3 all the way to their PSLE. Another student was in Sec3 and I tutored her till JC2. I am willing to make the time for extra lessons during their exam and test periods and even stay back after usual lesson time for free when students are enthusiastic and eager to learn. I also encourage students to text me their homework questions if they need help on non-lesson days.
Rapport Building
One of my current students is very active and gets frustrated easily. I have managed to get her to be interested during lessons by being patient and finding interesting ways to teach her (using special worksheets I printed, and a points system).
