I have taught for about 3 years and am currently teaching group tuition at a tuition centre too. I have experience in teaching many different students such as ADHD, dyslexic, and foreign students.
I will communicate to parents about their children's weaker areas and try to improve their results based on these. I also share with them how they can play a part in improving their children's studies. As for students, I engage them interestingly by keeping in touch with their interests and motivating them to do better.

I keep myself updated by reading the news and constantly keeping in touch with people who are in MOE.
As a Good Tutor
Sincerity, genuinity, faith, compassion, patience are needed to help a student believe in themselves, be interested in the subject, and score better. Of course, the teacher has to be intelligent and be academically inclined.
