    As a Good Tutor
    I strongly believe that as a tutor, it is important to be patient when educating the student. Different students have different learning styles, where each of them is to be taught in different manner. Students may start off to be really poor in the subject, however, patience is virtue. I believe that taking it slow is the way to success. The most important thing is not whether the student had gotten the correct answer, but more of whether the student truly understands the concept or theory behind the questions and is able to tackle any kind of different questions using the same concept.

    Additionally, I believe that as a good tutor, it is important to be nice yet firm, especially on setting the ground rules. For instance, students must complete at least one of the homework given before the next tuition. This is because certain students may refuse to do the homework by giving excuses such as being too occupied with school when in fact they were busy playing games or watching television. Thus, ground rules certainly have to be set so that students can strike a balance between studies and leisure activities.
