1 years of 1 to 1 teaching experience. Currently working at NanYang tuition center as part time tutor. Many of the students i taught managed to get good grades in A level examination. What i usually do is to inculcate subject interest within the students and change their negative views about the subject.     A good tutor will teach the students to understand instead of just memorising. A good tutor will be fun and friendly to the student because to me, it's not teacher and students but more of friends and that is how students would absorb better. I also believe in not pushing too hard yet being firm in the things that they are supposed to do.
