      I am particular about punctuality and students' dedication to score high. I am available weekdays during evenings (can discuss morning availability too), and weekend afternoon hours.

      I find it easy to interact with students and try to establish interest and liking for subjects instead of pressurizing students to score. An interested student will not 'cram' but understand concepts and find it easier to attempt tests, and remember lessons on a long-term basis. I believe that a friendly approach to studying, with directed focus will go a long way.
      Keeping Up with Curriculum
      I like to be ahead of the curriculum, based on the student's capabilities and number of hours dedicated per week. this way the concepts are reinforced in the student's mind when in class, and will leave me with ample time to conduct revisions and mock exams before the finals.
      As a Good Tutor
      A good tutor must understand that no two students are the same. This will help establish a healthy tutor-student relationship and create positive vibes in the student for the subject which will reflect directly in their grades. A solid agenda and time table that follows the curriculum, interspersed with regular tests and feedback from students will make every lesson meaningful and fruitful.

          I believe that students need a tutor that understands them. They want a tutor that they can talk to as a friend not as a teacher whom they have been used to seeing in their school. Students wants a tutor that are able to make each lesson interesting and a good motivator for themselves.           Keeping Up with Curriculum
          I am constantly involved with subjects that I am teaching such as Maths and Science. As I am currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, I am constantly involved with A-Maths and E-Maths questions such as differentiation,integration or algebra questions. I understand the syllabus well especially for secondary school Mathematics. Topics such as mensuration, graphs, simple algebra, map scaling, etc for E-Maths, and differentiation, integration, integration, etc for A-Maths has been a constant throughout my tutoring experience and education( from sec school to polytechnic to university).
          As a Good Tutor
          I believe that being a good tutor has to be someone that is well discipline. Someone who is a well discipline tutor is someone that will be punctual, not constantly changing tuition times and focused on his role(not constantly using his phone or gadgets during lesson). A good tutor also has to be someone that has passion for teaching and help the student as much as possible.He should also not judge a student ability and demoralize the student. A good tutor must be patient, gentle with the student but also firm at the appropriate situation.
