Rapport Building: I usually talk to the parents after the class to let them understand how their children are doing and what they can do to help ease the stress of their children. As a cheerful individual, I find myself always likeable among the children. I always believe in understanding rather than pure memorizing and hence, I don't give my students a lot of homework unless they have the time for it.

As a Good Tutor: Mr. Alastair Tan believes in helping students to understand that Economics is a study that aims to comprehend the complex world by first, simplifying it.
