Immediately after graduating for JC, I volunteered at their Math Clinic for a span of a few months and proceeded to teach my neighbour's child in Math for PSLE. I am able to start from 7 Apr onward, with a gap between 17 - 23 Apr due to personal commitments. I have a placing in NTU Mathematics (Aug) as well as various offers to overseas universities (Oct). As such, depending on the outcome of my scholarship applications, should I be going overseas, I will not be able to teach after October. If I continue to study locally I will be able to commit longer periods to the student.

I always read the syllabus as well as match past year papers with the syllabus to make sure I understand the requirements.
As a Good Tutor
A good tutor shouldn't just teach the subject, he must also inculcate interest in the subject. Rather than teach using a generic monologue top-down teaching style, more must be done to ensure understanding.
