Tuition/Teaching Experience: During high school, I volunteered as a peer tutor, helping other students to edit and improve on their work, ranging from poetry assignments up to history essays. Students I worked with ranged from Korean students who did not speak very good English all the way up to those who just needed a second set of eyes to look over an assignment. Students whose papers I helped always came away feeling satisfied, because I would take the time to go over every detail of the essay from word choice to flow and organization, which in the long run was extremely helpful to them in improving their writing. (During my final year of high school, I also volunteered to proofread a lot of my classmates' university application essays.)

Keeping Up with Curriculum: The tuition materials that are provided by my company is in accordance with MOE's syllabus and therefore I am very much in touch with the syllabus. However, I also turn to the internet to bring even more fun details into the classroom especially for science in order to bring in knowledge that is outside of the textbook. I also actively allow children to recap what they have learnt by constantly asking questions to increase their ability to retain what they have learnt.

As a Good Tutor: I am strongly dedicated and passionate in helping children bring out the best in themselves.
