Commitment / Other Details
I am able to start from May 2017 onwards and am willing to work long term as long as my schedule permits as I will be starting my university education from August 2017 onwards.
Rapport Building
I usually give parents weekly reports on the progress of their child. In addition, I will seek to understand my student better so as to facilitate learning since every child learns differently.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
As a Good Tutor
I believe that the basic qualities of good tutors include being firm yet patient with their students when it comes to their academics. In addition, tutors should seek to not just develop and improve the academic aspect of their students but also, give a holistic education, teaching the students more than what the textbook teaches so as to facilitate learning. More importantly, a good tutor has to believe in the potential of their students.
