Commitment / Other Details
I would be able to start after the first week of March as my ORD date is on the 04/05/16. I would be open to tuition dates that are available over the weekends and during the night of weekdays.
Rapport Building
Being rapport is a key part of tutoring because with a good relation between the student and myself would make coaching easier and intersting. I would build rapport with students using different methods depending on the age group. For example for primary school students which are harder to communicate with, give small rewards like sweets and snacks as a form of incentive would be quite efficient. For parents, it would involve continuous update of their child's performance.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
After I have been given assignment, I would read up the notes that I have kept to recap my memory. Moreover I would also shop for assessments for the student and also read their updated syllabus of that particular subject.
As a Good Tutor
Patience would be the most important qualities as a tutor. Other than that, qualities such as being caring and stern at times would also be important.
