Preferred commitment dates would be on evening weekends specifically 6pm onwards.

Location wise would range from Yishun to woodlands, provided that home of tutors are of a walkable distance from the train station.
Rapport Building
Rapport building strongly requires mutual trust from both parties, thus i believe time is needed to slowly build up the rapport. Having both parents and students, to gain trust and faith in me to help them with their kid's academic would be tedious in the initial phase. However, i believe with patience and passion to teaching, trust could be gain thereafter rapport built among all parties.
Keeping Up with Curriculum
Personally, i work part time in a learning centre. Keeping up with the curriculum is not a problem , as reference could be easily obtained.

Patience , Passion and honesty are some of the qualities a good tutor should possess.

Patience towards students with special needs or problem with understanding their work.

Passion for teaching would help tutors to do their very best to help students in need.

Honesty towards parents would help in students progress of learning. As parents are one of the key sources that would led to kids learning development .

      I have been in peer teaching programmes in school where i would guide my juniors with their school work and homework when in doubt. I also have experience teaching people younger than me as i help my sibling out of her school work.

      I believe that patience and encouragements are important for students especially in stressful periods such as during the examinations and I would wish to help these students whenever I can.
