Rapport Building: I always prefer to learn students mindset first, so I will know the strength and weakness of the student in studies. When students are handled with fun environment to learn, they tend to show more response. I would also like to discuss about the students weakness to their parents and the ways to train and improve them.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I would start with creating a learning objective, and strategically plan and conduct my classes. If students are struggling to cope up, I would chose an alternative way of teaching them like a documentary, a simulation etc. If only a small group of students finds hard, then I would not hesitate to handle extra classes for them.
