I always aim to build a personal yet professional relationship with the tutee in order to get them to look forward to tuition sessions and learning, rather than view their academics as a 'chore'.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: - Always be in sync with tutee's school curriculum pace to maximise understand of topic and not confuse tutee.
- Constantly check tutee's school work to understand where his/her weaknesses lie in, and correct them before proceeding on to further topics.
- In addition to revising school work, giving extra assignment to strengthen tutee's knowledge and familiarity with topics is always necessary.
