Rapport Building: After every class, I would usually speak to the parents about what I have done for the day. Occasionally, I would add on about how the student is faring, what he/she is weaker at, how he/she can improve and their attitude in their work. This allows parents to be aware of their kid's performance and progress.

Keeping Up with Curriculum: I follow the MOE syllabus when teaching, and constantly ensure I am of the same pace as the teacher of the students.

I have 1 year of tutoring experience and have a track record in helping students improve. I conducted English, Math and Science tutoring classes for 40 mostly primary school students for 5 months at Lexis Education Asia. Most students improved by 9-10% from SA2 to CA1. A student improved from a single digit percentage score to pass for his mini tests. Another student steadily improved from 33% for SA2 to 65% for SA1 the next year. Hence, I started to venture into part-time tuition upon recovering my O Levels certificate while studying.

I have experience with ADHD and Autism children but don't expect me to go in and immediately bond with them (depending on the condition); both my students took about 1-4 months for me to break the shell and they are close to me)
