      I reward my students with gifts to motivate and reinforce good behaviour and in class performances. I also reward them when they practice and do their homework. I will also update parents after every class, drop them a text every now & then to check on students' progress as well.

      As i have worked with Yamaha and private music schools before, i will take the initiative to look for the updated syllabus to ensure my students are progressing in the right direction.

      Being a good tutor is not just about being able to deliver good results and performances from my students, but also to foster good personal habits like discipline and hardworking. Respect has to be given and earned and i believe in encouraging my students along the way. Reinforcements are also necessary to garner motivation from students as well.
